St George’s Works is a bustling business hub located in centre of vibrant Norwich city.

We offer flexible workspace solutions to businesses of all sizes, including day-desks, co-working and collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, fully serviced offices and traditional long leases.

How Flexible Are Our Tenancy Agreements ?

We pride ourselves in being super flexible. We can tailor tenancy agreements to suit businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and sole-traders operating from a single laptop, and hybrid workers in need of a desk for the day, to established businesses in need of fully serviced office space.

How Is The Building Managed ?

The Landlord and Facilities Management Team are on site at St George’s Works, providing a friendly and approachable constant point of contact, and ensuring the smooth running of the building; leaving you free to concentrate on running your business.

Our Social Responsibility

As well as providing flexible workspace for start-ups and established businesses, St George’s Works provides studio and creative space for artists, crafts folk and performers including Junkyard Market and The Shoe Factory Social Club.

How Many Meeting Spaces Are Available ?

St George’s Works currently has four meeting spaces available to hire. These range in size from a small 2-person interview room through to a private board room with rooftop terrace and views across Norwich.
